All job positions will require:

Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to read and understand technical information well (in English)
Punctuality

Physically able to:

Lift 50 lbs. or more
Shovel sand, dirt, gravel, snow
Bend, lift, walk on uneven sloped terrain
Climb ladders
Stack materials, equipment, tools, scrap

Asphalt Paving Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities:

Ensure safety of other employees and public; comply with all safety procedures
Direct crew members to perform asphalt paving and maintenance tasks
Establish a good working relationship with customers and vendors
Ensure all equipment is onsite prior to the crews starting work
Assist coworkers and supervisors with other duties as required
Maintain time and material records to complete daily job costing
Build your team and ensure that your group continues to develop and cross train
Identify future leaders and communicate this with VP
Review/approve time sheets for accuracy
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

3 - 5 years of asphalt paving maintenance experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Work overtime as needed, including weekends

Asphalt Paving Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Prepare asphalt surfaces
Apply crack fill and seal coat materials when necessary
Operate paving equipment occasionally

Requirements

Asphalt paving maintenance experience preferred (not required)
Excellent oral and written communication – must be able to communicate process to crew and customer
Work overtime as needed, including weekends

Fertilizer Technician

Responsibilities:

Apply pesticide and fertilizer products.
Accurately measure lawns to provide customer estimates.
Driving transportation vehicles.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Landscape experience preferred
Valid driver's license - must be licensed or certified, or able to become certified within 30 days of hire

Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and leads workers in routine landscaping maintenance tasks.
Prioritizes and monitors work assignments.
Train crew members in landscape duties.
Landscaping tasks, including but not limited to:
- Mulching, fertilizing, preparing plant beds, mowing, trimming, pruning
Using hand and power tools to accomplish landscaping needs safely

Requirements

2 - 3 years landscape maintenance experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to lead and guide crew members
Legal driver's license

Landscape Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks
Use hand and power tools regularly to perform tasks
Drive truck as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Landscape maintenance preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid driver's license
